We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase from Rafael Jewelry Designer. However, if you wish to return an item – you can do so within 14 days after receiving it.
Returned items should be sent back to us in their original box and packaging, undamaged and unaltered and should be sent via Registered Airmail, return shipping will be paid by the Buyer. Once an item is received and inspected by us, we will put through a refund for the purchase (shipping fees are not refundable).
Acquiring Commission allowed for canceling a transaction limit is 5% or 100 NIS whichever is lower
“Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.”
Custom fees, TAX or VAT or any delay with the country regulation would be the buyers responsibility.
